if you deploy them in a good habitat that's not holding feeder fish trust me in a few hour it will be full of minnows, shad and bream! Slabs not far behind! I did it on Lake Belton on some good structure that didn't have anything on it and about 30 min later it had feeder fish all over. It doesn't last long with out the bags so I put mine in mommas stockings lol! btw avoid any current if possible.

Sorry to hear that but I understand, I use to watch Bill Dance catch huge bass almost every cast, but after I bought one for $9.95 plus shipping it never boated a fish no matter how hard I fished it...lmao

Lol some people I swear just cause you buy a $1000 deer feeder and put it out full of high dollar feed and protine doesn't mean your gonna shoot a 180" class buck that year unless you just get lucky maybe you baited your slip while the crappie had other things on there mind like finding shallow water and spawning or you baited brush in your slip at the wrong time of year who knows but if you buy a product and use it once you probably won't see the results in that first time of use but if you continue to use the product in the same location of course the location would need to be able to hold the fish and I'm sure the results would be great

Yeah,THAT makes sense ! By the way, that $40 worth provided more than a one time use.(But not very many more).Guess I shoulda bought at least a couple hundred dollars worth.

Uncle Jed, I had about the same results in our slip as you had in yours. That's the reason I'm asking for reports from TFF people who have used them. I found some stiff nylon mesh flat pouches with a velcro closure over at BassPro in the tackle bag dept. they work great for hanging them where you want. The cakes don't last very long but if they worked for me, they would last long enough. I also tried the crumble up and broadcast as a bite stimulator and no luck with that either. May not have been any Crappie around during the 4 different times I tried them. I have some left in the freezer and will try again when I know for sure there are crappie holding in there and just biting slow to see if they improve the bite or concentrate the fish. Our slip is one of the hottest ones on the whole dock and when they are biting good, I see no reason to use the cakes as that's not going to tell me anything. I'm trying to keep an open mind and had high hopes for this product but unless something changes or I read some more reports with good results, I won't be buying any more. Maybe they only work on brush piles out in the lake? Part of my problem may have been the flood gates being open and I will make sure they are not letting water out on my next trials to be sure it's a fair test.

If you want the same thing but cheaper try this... Magic Brix I posted about this a while back but some people believe everything they read from people selling things. This is the same meal cake he uses in his "cakes". He just adds some glitter and other small things to make it more than it is, fish food. You get more buying this and it is cheaper!! Good luck with your baiting!
