I have had good results with them and the savings is a plus. Lots of color patterns to choose from.

Not bad baits, make sure you change the hooks though! Why's that? Most of those baits come with really decent VMC round bends. Better than most stock hooks imo. I agree. The stock hooks are pretty sticky. I have yet to have a bass throw an H20 bait. And the hooks also stick really well to shirts, pants, hands, other rods, and even boat carpet. Lol sounds like you might have a little TOO much experience. But it is true, especially the larger size hooks, they grab and hold. I've only changed a handfull over the last few years and I replace them with VMC round bends that are almost identical.

They do have a wide variety of models in a range of colors. They work almost as well as the bigger name brands that are more expensive. On some of the older models I've had to change out the hooks, but I haven't had to in a while. I also buy the worm hooks for soft plastic baits. They hold well. I caught this 5 1/2 pound bass a last weekend on a size 2 wide gap hook that I bought from Academy. I bought the hooks 2+ years ago. Not only did the bass weigh over 5 pounds, but I also had to pull her through about another 5 pounds of grass. The hook did not bend at all. It flexed, but was still perfectly formed after I took the hook out.

They go on sale for $2.99 once a month I bet. For the money, I like them. Good patterns and they have ran right for me. Today at the Denton store...

I've compared the H20 to the Xcalibur lures and the only visible difference is the lip on the bait (not the lip that causes it to dive)I'm sure the quality of the hooks is probably different too.

What's up with the H2Os? Somebody please tell me they are decent and catch fish so I can save 100s of dollars every year. My man, I don't fish much, but when I do I have a H20 tied on at least one rod cause they do catch em. I actually have one that won't touch water unless money is on the line. I buy at 2.99 like Chickenman. Can't beat 2 for five bucks.

I heard when Lucky Craft Lures really caught on they moved to larger mold machines and sold off they small ones. Compare the LC to an H2O.

I used yo think H2O was a LC knockoff... not sure but being able to buy 3 H2O's to one LC yeah I like that. Was glad to see them with some silent cranks as well.

Been using them for years. Solid bait for the money. Run true right out of package. No complaints
They aren't the only one I use but I got a bunch.

H2O made in China sale priced $2.99 LC made in Japan $12.00 and up And no US manufacture can produce anything made in the US to compete with them and make a profit doing it ? Can't bring myself to chunk a $12.00 lure with two treble hooks on it into a lake full of places to hang up and break off. But that's what you've gotta do to catch bass....so I chunk the $3.00 lures. I've refinished several H2O lures and a few LC's as well. The LC is made with more precision and better material for sure, but $7.00 a lure better....nah! I buy the less expensive lures, refinish and repaint them with patterns I catch fish on and don't look back. If there were US made lures that were competitive and priced in between I'd go there every time, but sadly, I can't find 'em.

What's up with the H2Os? Somebody please tell me they are decent and catch fish so I can save 100s of dollars every year. I've been pretty impressed with them overall. I really like the squarebills, they really seem to be on par with much more expensive baits. The lipless cranks and poppers are alright. The lipless really need to be burned, they don't do well with yoyo-ing, and the poppers give off a much more subtle pop than Pop-R's or KVD Splashes. But I've caught fish on all of them anyway. I haven't tried any others yet.
