And if you purchased a t-shirt the $600 would double to $1200 as long as you wore it at weigh in. Unless something changed this year, but I have yet to see anything on their website indicating that.

Without action being imparted by an angler, the bait would just sit there. That's passive. Lures that buzz or have lights, etc. are active lures. That lure can impart it's own action. If it has it's own power source, you can't use it. Over react much?
