It is an OMC inboard / outboard. I wouldn't spend a lot of money on the until you make sure the engine hasn't sustained any freeze damage. You can still find most of the parts for this set up.

2nd what Tommy said plus you can pull the spark plugs checking for rust. If you find rust on a sparkplug forget it.
