I have done it several times. Rattletrap and topwaters.

Hmmm, catching two at a time. One time when I was a boy me and my father found two 1 1/2 lb bass flailing on the top of the water. One had tried to eat the other. It took a couple minutes to separate them. Canyon Lake.

I may have the winner, while hybrid fishing at Cedar Creek I snagged some line, as I was realing it in I felt a pull on my line, long story short 2 LMB on a Rattle trap that some one else was throwing and got broke off, there was no one else around.

Fishing Seawolf Park (Pelican Island, Galveston) I hooked a 5# flounder...the guy next to me (about 20 seconds later) hooks up, and then the guy next to him hooks up! We all had the SAME FISH! When we brought it in (turned out to be just over 5#'s) I ended up just cutting my line and let them fist fight it out over that stupid fish! LOL

I was having trouble dealing with the three on a fish thing and then to top it off they actually got in a knock down drag out fight over it! The really funny part was that it was really MY FISH in the first place! Oh well!

This can be done on Amistad quite often. I have had a double hook up on a top water, crank bait, and a jerk bait all on Amistad. Both fish on each bait were keeper fish.
