6 foot broom handle with frog gig on the end of it, no snaks problem, I hate snakes , only good snake is a dead snake

the trick is getting caught
Most Bird Sheriffs are pretty lazy these days and will likely not inquire past the License check.
Frog gigs are in no way suited for gigging/spearing fish of any size anyway.
