I caught a 3ft gator on a popper. Only thing I caught the entire day. I had to pin him down to remove the hooks. It was my only attempt at being Steve Irwin.

Four foot alligator gar on a 3/8 oz spinner. Hooked an 8 foot gator on Raven in his back with a square bill. Put up a good fight until the scale it was hooked in ripped off his back. Caught a white amure grass carp on Conroe with a 1 oz swim jig. Guess he thought the skirt was a chunk of grass. Only time I wish I'd of had a baseball bat in my boat!

A lawnmower at the Tintop Ramp on the Brazos. A limit of channel cats on a baby-bass crankbait and a Shimano reel, both on Squaw Creek. A cord stringer of catfish at Benbrook, most still alive.

A bullfrog on a chug bug, a water moccasin on a torpedo, a solo cup by the rim that fought like a 10lb bass, a minnow net full of rocks (fought that one too), a dead dog on a crankbait, a lamprey on a minnow in Nasworthy (people still wont believe me about that one), I caught a redfish in Nasworthy 2 years ago, 10 years after everyone said they had all died off, a butt load of zeebs in Grapevine, a 10lb+ drum in Lewisville, flipping the boathouses in Tower Bay - thought it was my first DD bass, that was disappointing, the newest one was a pair of brass knuckles in the big pond at Railroad park in Lewisville just a few months ago. I'm sure there's more but I can't remember this late. . .
