 Good Sunday on Roberts

Kent and Tanya had a good day Sunday on Roberts. Caught some good slabs. Kept 35 nice slabs. Fished trees in 14-25 ft. White/Chtr jig. Had to have minnow on or no bite. I think the crappie are looking for food since lots of our threadfin must have died off during the winter. Wind was tough after lunch. Gonna be rough again next couple of days. Check out the Lake Ray Roberts Sportsman Shop and Caf if you get a chance. They have bait and tackle just before you get to Jordan Park. They also have a cleaning station.

Of all the times I've fished Ray Roberts I've never stopped in at the Sportsman's Caf. Told my wife it was time to renew my State Park Pass and that since I bought it at Ray Roberts, I just had to renew it there. Now I know where I'll be stopping for some food, bait and tackle!
