iv had success by Kyoto by 66 the rocks idk if they are still there.
God gave me 2 hands for fishing and i use them

You have hit the very tail end of the bank fishing bite. I'd try the rocks on 30 in 6-8' good luck.

Harbor bay has a barge but I've never had any luck there.
