To me they ride like a champion, that will be my next boat for sure!

My partner purchased a 721 last summer. The best rough water boat I have been in. I used to like champion and still do, but they get you wet. The pheonix handles big water the same way but keeps you dry. We fish Texoma so we have been in some big water and it never hits hard. You can run 60+ in big water and it cuts the waves. Turns great and is faster than you want to go. The thing I really like is the live well system. They are the biggest live wells I have ever seen. They keep stripers alive and stripers die in almost any other live well. He took the lazy susan out. The console doesn't rattle at all. I am not sure what type of trailer is standard, but he had them build a c-channel trailer instead of a tube trailer. He also had them put shocks on the trailer. Extremely bright backup lights on the trailer. He went to the factory and watched them pop it out of the mold. Said they took the top cap and set it on two saw horses one on each end and it didn't even flex. The boat tracks well also when trolling. You can troll in between docks and back right out. The boat is amazing and he paid like $48,000 for the boat with a 250 pro XS. I would highly recommend this boat. Much faster than the Skeeter. Boat is more fishable than the bass cat. More stable at high speeds than triton. Turns better than ranger. A boat made by fishermen for fishermen. If you do get one make sure you get the shark teeth in a different color so they stand out. My partner got a blue boat and black teeth. Would have looked better with silver teeth.

I wish I had a Phoenix! I agree on the dry run and in my opinion it's the best boat on the market.

Thanks,

I've ridden in everything out there, Phoenix is the best ride so far. Very stable fishing platform as well. Take a drive over to gladewater to shipps marine. They have a few they want to move and they are good people.

As former Nitro owner I have had a 721 since March 2013. I am 6'4, the seats initially were a like hmmmm are they comfortable, after over a year no complaints. After a couple of back surgeries the hard hits in rough water are tough on me, I have had a few hard hits in this boat, but after a full day on the water I generally feel pretty good. My 721 drives like a sportscar, runs low 70's, and has handled everything I have been is so far this year. Some do not like the high gunnels, I like them, don't want to kick a rod over the side! No complaints on the console, it is solid. The lazy susan is coming out of mine, the new tray is a good design. Rear compartment wise I have a single power pole pump now and will be adding a second one soon. If you have any questions let me know.

Oh and with a name like Crown Block, gee I wonder what you do?? !!!

See ya.
