Landed a 42" longnose on the kayak today, and cleaned it how I saw on a post here. Question is, that a normal/large size fish? Seemed huge to a non gar fisherman, I was on lake nasworthy in San angelo

Didn't measure it, but my buddy is 5'10". Fish weighed 31 or 32 if I remember right.
