To catch the bigger smallmouth on Texoma fish down by the dam. Any of the Rocky bluffs down in that area of the lake are good spots. The shad spwan should be in full swing with water temps in the low 70's the smallies will be very active. A fluke fished all the way against the bank should be a good pattern to start with early. When the sun gets a little higher I switch to a biffle bug on a hardhead and move out to 10ft and in!

Texoma and Bridgeport are great for smallies and good size ones.
