I am wondering if any of y'all know if there will be any fish left on beds next weekend at a lake around here. I don't have a tourney I just really would like to go sight fishing one more time this year before they're gone. Any ideas of lakes?

There were plenty left on Fork last weekend.
Problem is seeing them with all the new water.

you can still look at a bunch of fish at Fork, but from what I tried and heard they are just too spooky and too much effort. There are so many other things working right now that almost not worth it to work hard sight fishing. however, Cody had client this week that 1 flipped a big female. I just kept my eyes open and try it, but don't waste 30 minutes like me on a fish that was never going to bite.

I introduced my girlfriend to sight fishing for the first time this year and she is hooked. Next weekend is the soonest time we will have available to go again. I'm just hoping they're not all gone. With the ttbc on fork this weekend I figure that will really mess up the sight fishing for next weekend. If y'all think it's worth it we will go there but if not are there any other lakes with em still on beds too?

Well Texoma I would imagine. Alan Henry as well. If you are just out for fish and not really big ones then Fork will probably still have a few. At Fork other patterns just get too good to not do instead. Try lower end of those with deep water near that are exposed directly to the North wind.
