Pre-fishing for Varner's tournament on beautiful Cedar Creek. Caught 21 of these;  Most caught in water from 9'-15' deep on a mid lake flat/hump. Good to see the 4" sassy shad bite take of again. nanna color from www.moestackleshop.com was the answer to todays riddle.
It ain't easy making it look easy.

The I pilot was a very handy device to have today, wind from the south at 12-20 mph.

The wind was too much tonight. There were birds everywhere from Crappie Is. to St. Anne's. Few Hybrids caught on flat south of Crappie Is. in 9-15 fow. Too bumpy to take pics !! Mostly sand bass along the south shoreline as usual. Dam was dead. Oh well, beats wondering!
