Great pic with that sunset!! These are definitely some BIG birds! I'd consider your picture for the TFF Cover picture if I had a vote. This one was taken on Tawakoni last Thursday..

I don't know how long they live, but there has been one hanging around my family's place for more than ten years. See him(?) sitting on the dock of the stock pond so often we consider it rare if we don't see him.

Very stately birds - almost Royal to me.
I love sunset shots but I can't stay up late enough to get one in the summer. LOL
I'm more of a morning person - maybe sunrise shots would be a start.
