How did they prepare the one that you ate?

All I can tell for sure is that it was deep fried. Do not know what the batter consisted of but it was good.

when I was there in 96 they had a father and son team from chile feed us. I think I gained 15 pounds. we ate fish,chicken and the best was dessert. it was called passion fruit pudding. I found it here at master grill in denton and fogadachow in addison.

Very Nice...
When I was little, I saw an article in one of the fishing magazines that was talking about those fish. I was always scared that I would pull one out of local waters.
