never tried a bubba blade but have heard/read good things about them. If I'm not using electric, I'm using Dexter Russell

Just got back from Academy to get the 7" Tapered Flex Bubba Blade. Guess which of all the fillet knives was sold out? Guess I will just have to hit the lake to night to change my luck.

I have the 9" flex Bubba Blade. It took me a couple of fish to adjust to using such a sharp knife, but it is definitely worth it. I had to sharpen it after about 80 fish.

I just got the bubba 7 and I think I'm gonna like it. A bit of a learning curve. I kept going through the tail the knife was so sharp.
