Hey Guys I'll be head on vacation at the end of July and was hoping someone could tell me what to prepare for , what can I hope to catch , what should I stock up on to fish with.

Its nice ! 
The ONLY reason to fish with a fly rod in Texas
is to throw a POPPER, casting any other type fly just means you're doing something.
