Looks like my late Grand Paw's old TV antenna. He would have to go outside and turn the pole to pick up another channel.

id rather cut down an old tree and sink itwith some concrete, that thing would be littering.

How does one go about legally sinking non-biodegradable pvc in a public impoundment?
I've posted with a similar question before and nobody seems to know. I was even told that you can't legally sink anything that is not biodegradable. If so, how could you even weight it? I'm really uncomfortable with vague laws that leave everything up to what kind of mood the game warden is in. We used to sink xmas trees in Lake Palestine with concrete blocks but, if the general consensus is correct, we were breaking the law.
Now Entering the Black Forest Caution: -camouflage cottonmouths -stumps are perpetually 4" under surface -unforecast windstorms -gators that act funny -game wardens off their meds Have a Nice Day
