There's a couple of TFFers here that hopefully will give you some current info. I fished it last year around this time, maybe later. If the fish are on the beds still, you'll see them in the backs of the first and second coves to the west of the South boat ramp, a couple of cuts on the left bank of the big arm that runs north west, and the little cuts on the east side of the South boat ramp cove.
If they're off the beds, and it seems that when the dollar lillys sprung up the bed fishing was coming to an end, throw a horny toad around those dollar lillys by the south boat ramp, a rico or yellow magic off the bank in the above mentioned coves, and a squarebill in the mouths of the cuts on both sides of the big north west arm.
I've had some great days there on Moss, 20+ fish. It's a fun lake to fish. You need to head to Gainesville PD and get a boat permit. Unless something's changed, you have to have one to fish the lake and the only place I know to get one is at the PD. Be sure and call before you go to get the permit, I made that mistake last year and wasted a trip to Gainesville.
