There don't appear to be any issues with fishing here.

There's a fine line between fishing and sitting on the water looking like a darn fool.

Thanks King Fisher. I asked because I recently discovered this place. Been doing really well the last 2 weeks. Today I parked on the opposite side of the bank and was ran off by security. There were no signs or anything but the guard came out and advised I could not be on this side. I Don't know if the bank will do the same.

Interesting, first time I've heard that.

I've only fished the bank side and no one paid any attention to me. Another guy was there at the same time and we weren't bothered.

So what have you been catching/using?

Plenty of solid 2 to 4lb bass. All on jigs and keitech swimbaits. Right before I was ran off I had a fight with a 5lber got her right the the bank when she jumped and my braided line snapped as soon at it hit the small rock wall.

Security guard ran me and another guy off, but did say they can't say anything to anyone not on their property which I understand. There were about 3 other guys fishing the opposite side of the creek.

Sweet.

Knew the spot held plenty of nice bass. Now should be prime time.

Yeah it's been really good to me. Also really close to him and work so that's why I want to make sure I can keep fishing it. I will try next weekend on the other side.

I worked right down the street for almost 25 years and never fished it. Back then it was pretty clear that it was EDS land, so people stayed away. As the area developed, guys would give it a try to see if they got chased off. It looks like at least the east side is OK, & haven't heard of any problems. Some guys even launch their yaks & fish.

I finally decided to give it a try this year.

Been hitting LL lately. Have to hit Legacy again. It's close & easy access.

Good luck.

it is legal to fish there... I fish there all the time with huge lunkers and monsters lurking inside of legacy.... The key is finding which part of "LEGACY" the bass are @.. If I would tell you that then I would see 10 people there this afternoon smile be careful and not venture over to the other side across the bank <-- security will kick you out, but only if you are fishing directly in front of the office building smile... good luck my ninjas

Note: There is pillars in the picture to show a bridge, but there are many @ Legacy.. find the correct 1

I fish there all the time and i park at the bank. I launch my yak there and prefer fishing this pond by yak so i can cover more water without having to pick up my extra gear and move down 20ft each time i wanna try a new spot. I heard about this place on a fishing app and it has always produced when im having a dry spell at other places. If anyone wants to fish this place sometime shoot me a pm.

I primarly throw wacky rig---watermelon candy

Nathan I'll gladly hit up the pond with you but I'll be banking it as I'm yak-less.. Althoiught I had been looking at yak really hard in recent weeks. Even thinking of a inflatable just to get started. Anyone I live only a few blocks from here so shoot me a pm anytime. This place has become my new go to.
