I just moved to Cypress and looking for a good place to take my 5 year old son fishing. Looking at taking him to one of the piers in Galveston. Any other suggestions

I had my boys at Texas City Dike yesterday and found one spot that was not as muddy ast the rest. They wore the croaker out while I knapped.

Never had a problem with parking no charge. We either go early mornings or at night.

Whats the best thing to use out there? I use to saltwater fish a lot in NC about 12 years ago. So I'm a little rusty on everything.
