Its a 1970 20' IMP with a chevy 350 engine. It has a very sound Hull. Needs cosmetic work mostly. Trailer will need sanded and painted, as well as bunk boards replaced and re carpeted. All suggestions are welcome, Thank you, Emmett

Thank you Boatman1 for the tip, I have seen alot of good stuff said about them. But if I did that it wouldn't be a project, I might have to call on them for some tips. Besides, its a long way from Round Rock.

nice project boat
Once you rip out that carpet check the plywood and replace any, instead of putting carpet back in you ought to check into putting that bedliner stuff in theres a company now that makes a product in different colors and I am sure white is one. Be easier on the ole feet and no more worrying about the carpet getting messed up that would make this job alot easier....I would prolly do the whole interior just to save on the refinishing cost and save the nice pretty gelcoat for the hull if it needs it...

Thanks for the links, they all come in handy. Fluke, I have gotten all the inside taken out, and holes and scratches and alot of paint cracking sandend, I am finishing up on filling in with fiberglass and resin. Then resand some of those spots and start with the paint.
