Would like input on New 4 stroke vs 2 stroke Yamaha outboard, 175 vs 250 Show other than HP, pros and cons. Thanks in advance.

The new SHO have a plasma fusion lined cylinder wall which though it sounds cool cannot be rebuilt, a new power head is a must if there are problems. Yami's have a stellar rep though, just my 2 cents.

I have a 2013 SHO and love it. When comparing they've done a lot on the 4s to get then to perform like a 2.
I personally love how quiet the 4s are now.
