Hit Cooper at 8am and for most of the day caught sand bass on square bills near points and humps. Around 2:30 while sitting in 8ft of water I noticed on my side scan what looked like 60 white jelly beans with black dots under them. I knew right away what they were. Hybrids. They we 30 ft out and 3ft from bottom. Pulled out a Strike King 6xd and first cast. Smack. We caught 12 of them and they were gone. Biggest was bumping 6 pounds. Fun while it lasted. Not fun undoing 2 sets of treble hooks on a mad mean fish.
Hope this helps. Keep watching side scan for jelly beans. Throw deep diver crank and crawl it along the bottom.
GOD BLESS AMERICA.

Ohh yea. Citrus shad worked best but any thing with yellow and orange would work best.
GOD BLESS AMERICA.
