I am looking for koi to put in my backyard pond. I was wondering if any bait stores in the north texas area (Dallas and surrounding area) sale any koi as bait. Like they do goldfish. Pet stores and pond places want a killing for a koi fish. Thanks

My mom has a Koi pond and your correct in saying they are very expensive. She orders her small fish from a outfit on EBay. The do overnight delivery and promise the fish will arrive alive. It's the cheapest way to buy them.

I don't think a bait store would sell them. They are a very invasive fish

Fishermans supply off thirty by lake ray hubbard did carry them. They had some real nice colors. PM me if you want more info.
