Don't give up on that bait. I think you could try a transplant, like maybe something like the insides of a livingston lure with lights and noise and stuff. Then I'd speed troll it off Cuba.
Be sure to use a wire leader so you don't loose it.
And doesn't it make you wonder what Hoplong might be holding out on you? Well...frankly no. But did help me realize I had too many PMs. Fixed that!

I always think people are nuts when I hear them using storm anything. I know some of their stuff has worked for some people, but imo it's mostly a bunch of cheap bs garbage. I wouldn't use their lures if they were offered to me for free. And I'd rather put 5 dancin eels on my a rigs than 5 of those wild eye shad people seem to like.

i agree, had similar results with these soft storm baits. i found some in a bargain bin for like 2.00 and even that was too much.
