The month of April has been incredibly busy and I have been slacking on posting some of the most phenomenal days any guide could wish for on Lake Fork. I couldn't possibly post all the pictures at one time but today's action calls for a time out and let you guys know how awesome this pond really is. I had the pleasure of guiding Joe Demis and Zach Turner today and it was Katy Bar The Door. I have posted the pic's below showing that the day was simply amazing. It started out with a few five and six pound entertainment fish and then escalated to an eight to twelve pound frenzy. At one point, they had a double hooked up with Joe sporting a meager 6 1/2 pounder while Zach rocked the moment with a gargantuan 12.26. The energy in the boat once the monster was put in the net was off the chart. Zach couldn't contain himself. What a rewarding moment. Joe managed to land a solid eight pounder and then lost two nine pounders at the net. All of this action came on a M-Pack prototype Pack Mule swimbait with a revolutionary new M-Pack Structure Guard Swimbait jig head. My clients did not hang up once today throwing this seven inch hawg hunter. Mark himself bagged an 11.75 today using his new M-Pack Structure Guard Swim Jig which will be available in two weeks.

In my opinion, this bite will get even better over the next couple of weeks and now is the time to put your nose to the grindstone and get on the water.
