Good job "DAD" not a better feeling than to be on the water with the kiddoes. And what a great way to spend time on his birthday. Sorry about the boat wound..... We all hate the first one. You can look at that 2 ways...... When someone asks what happened there, you can say well that happened when I tied the boat off and went to get the truck, or.... You can say.... Yep, that happened on my sons 5th birthday when we whacked the sandies good

Way to go, they have been elusive this year for me. That's merely a fresh wound, but sucks on a new boat. Went out saturday night in the canoe to see whats by the docks on the north side but the water was so low there was no reason to fish them. I was a nice night for a paddle since there was no wind and the lake was calm. I did find some good crappie trees that I marked though and the wife got to yell at some gar so night was good. Thanks for the updates!

Good Job!! The weekend was slow for us. 35ish on Friday and 8 on Saturday. I love fishing with kiddos when they are biting! What a great Birthday for that boy.
