Spawn still going on, or are the fish in post-spawn? Haven't been on the lake since late March. Don't know how April went.

There's a little ol' tournament going on this weekend on Rayburn...I doubt if anyone says much this week.

It's pretty dirty and slowly rising.

Guess it depends on what's dirty to you. Typical water color for Rayburn in April

I'm from Oklahoma, If you can see 6" deep its clear to me. Somebody described Rayburn as chocolate milk right now so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm sure it varies from area to area like most lakes.

Y'all please let me know how it turns out this weekend, can't make it.
Heard they might be a few boats out there, lol
Love to fish that lake, have a camp there, get up that way as much as possible.
Great Lake in general, to me anyways
Good luck to all that joins the crowd fishing.
And please be safe, sure wouldn't want to hear of nothing awful

Skeeter/Yamaha and Love to feel something on the other end!! Lol

I was on the lake 10 days ago and the water was OK. Fished from the Canyons down to Caney and most of the water had about 2 ft of visability. I doubt the spawn is over. Caught about 13 lbs Sat, best going 5 lbs. Fishing 2-4' on a Fluke dead sticking it. Pick up the slack and see if it moves. Pretty much if you felt a bite it was a dink. Should be fish moving up this weekend on south end. Probably smaller fish but still should be a few good ones to weigh in
