Man I get a kick out of catching carp and sandies from my yak. I cannot imagine that red. Damn nice fish. I'll be polite and leave the other topic alone.

i understand the humor and the fun, but guys are posting less pics of their girls because people are making perverted jokes. i have some really good pictures of my girlfriend fishing with me, but i sure as hell wont post them, because when someone says something perverted, it makes me think they are doing other things with the pictures.

I hear ya! You think you would be safe on a fishing site, but it's all fun. We caught a lot of those reds this weekend. She OFTEN outfishes me.
Anyone who does not want to get completely obsessed with kayak fishing better not catch a red like that. It's awesome!!

Rick, we were fishing in our "secret spot" in Rockport. It's a back bay , part of copano bay.

Hey there...I finally got a screen name so I could stick up for myself! Thanks for the comments...well some of them. That is me on the cover and I caught him all by myself. If I was not such a GREAT hook setter, I might have lost him. He fought like crazy! It took me 3 times to finally get him in my yak because he would not fit in my net. It was an awesome ride! I love kayak fishing or any fishing for that matter. I am happy I got chosen. I did not even know my husband entered me in it. Keep the comments coming. I know it is tough to get outfished by a girl!!!
