I disagree... the fish held toward the camera it would be lucky to hit 3.5 imo....I don't like to exagerate fish weight...sorry.

redardless of the size, I impressed that your learing to fish with what many would consider the best artificial bait available....A Worm. Keep at it. I wish I would have started with nothing but worms, as they will consistently, day in and day out, catch fish......you doing good shdu. Keep flippin those worms!!!!

yes lucky to hit 3.5, I am a realist! As a fisherman I know how some like to exagerate....still a nice bass...its just not close to five pounds. imo

It was def not 3lbs. I went back last thursday caught one and had a scale this time. she was 3lbs and noticably smaller. I would say 5-6 is a good guestimate.

thanks again for the feedback on both posts....

hahaha myboat the camera adds like 55 pounds.

well id say your about 5"7" an 116 lbs an the fish is about 4.5 lbs very nice lol.
note: just a suggestion for the future when taking outdoor picswho evers taking the photo should try an keep the sun to there back an use the flash even in the day time...
