I heard on the news this morning 2 guys threw another gentleman off the Hwy 66 bridge into the water. He got stuck in the mud and had to call 911 to save him. Anyone else hear about this?

I heard it on the radio as well, the report said they had to get a hover craft to get to him and pull him out of the mud.

I felt bad for the guy and for the lake ..

Gene, I drove by this last night. There was at least 15 emergency vehicles and a helicopter. They had a small boat then realized there was no water and brought in a hovercraft. I did not know the Rowlett fire department was so well equipped. Not sure what the outcome was.

Don't hitchhike, it's dangerous. Mean people might throw you off a bridge.

Stump Jumper the lake is so low and the fishing right now sucks, so any Ray Hubbard news makes the front page.
