That sucks, I won't buy a rod without seeing it in person first.

Wouldn't buy a kistler anymore. If you want a real rod buy an impulse rod they are built by the best 2 rod builders in the country and these 2 guys use to work for kistler but now build impulse rods.

That sucks, I won't buy a rod without seeing it in person first. Your really missing out. If your dead set in your ways best bet is find a guy on here near you, and try to meet up feel one of theirs. They are worth more than the $150-200 that they are priced at. Truly amazing rods.

I'm fairly certain that Fishin' World over on Lovers in Dallas had several in their store at one point. Call and ask them.

You should PM Brandon Dillard or Clay Shipe and see if they can hook you up. They are sponsored by Kistler. They really are great rods .

We do have a good selection of the rods in stock. Come on by and check them. It is amazing how light these rods are.

Never seen a KLX, but I got to try a Z-Bone last month. Man, what a stick, it's as light as a match stick!
Cheers,
George

I have the Kistler Mark Rose Offshore KLX rod, and it's an excellent rod for big cranks and A-rigs.

I say...buy with confidence on the KLX. I have been VERY pleased with both of mine so far. I ordered my first one right after they came out, and it has held up beautifully! Get one of their rod protecters if you order. They fit like a glove and go on/off easily. I've actually ordered more of the covers for my other rods. They'll fit micro or macro...

You won't go wrong with any of Trey Kistler's rods! The KLX is the best blank, price point to weight ratio. They are awesome rods.
