 Whats wrong with this bass?

Caught it this weekend at a local river/creek park dam. I guess it was been dammed up for years resulting in inbreeding without culling? Has a big head and small body. Could she have just laid eggs and just be thin? Tad under 5 pounds

One of two things......pond is overstocked and there is not enough forage in there for the fish to feed on or it has some old plastic in it's gut and cannot digest anything and will soon die.

Not enough food for it, same as this one I caught last weekend, huge head and unhealthy looking body.  And this one

Problem is it is a private subdivision tank. Catch and release only. Guess I'll have to have a talk with the head office.

Problem is it is a private subdivision tank. Catch and release only. Guess I'll have to have a talk with the head office. Just don't put them back and don't tell anyone.  Or tell em to stock some crappie, that will fatten those bass up.

Caught one like this once. It was 26 inches long but only 6 pounds.

It's what we call pond syndrome. Same as everyone said, they don't have the forage that they need. We stocked gizzard shad and bluegill in the local ponds and the bass are doing much better.
