Headed out to Comfort for a 1/2 day of fly flingin on a narrow/shallow stretch of the Guad.

Used hoppers,buggers, and damselflies. Action was nonstop all morning. Nothing of serious size but sheer numbers made up for that. There is no pressure on that private stretch so they were fighting over the flies every cast. Had a great day and here's a couple from the trip.

There are some beautiful places along that river in the Comfort Kerrville area. Also very peaceful up there.

Thanks guys. Laker most of these fish were taken on undercuts along the bank in 12" or less. Did not see any beds but they might have been under the banks.

Thanks for the info. I was fishing the Cibolo over the weekend and I saw a few beds. I think the first spawn is going to be a late one due to all the weather changes we have been having.

I agree. I am eagerly awaiting steady warm weather.

Thanks Harold,the hill country is an awesome place. Laker,yes I was using the gopro on a chest mount. This was my 1st time using it and editing a video so hopefully they get better lol.

You did a super job. I am going to buy me one this weekend! I have a good friend of mine who races BMX bikes and he has taken some super video with the Go Pro.
