First things that come to mind with rocks and spawn time:

Shaky head with a finesse worm or small floating craw
Medium running square bills

If it wasn't so windy this weekend, I'd recommend drop shot finesse worm or small floating craw on the rocks (can be deadly) But drop shot in this kind of wind can be a pain (unless you have power poles/ talons)

Drop shot from the bank works great (even in the strong winds we will have this weekend) Use a short leader 6 inches from hook to weight

Can't go wrong with a weightless 5 inch worm wacky rigged from the bank--throw it toward things that look different (grass lines/edges where clear and murky water intersect, a fallen tree branch, a big rock)

3/16oz pinched weight about 1.5 feet above a 4-0 hook. Put a worm, lizard, or other plastic creature on the hook. Drag the pinch weight over the rocks slowly. When you feel something that isn't a rock, reel in slack and set the hook.

slowly retrieved white spinner bait or chatter bait from the bank this time of year.
Cast parallel to the bank--with this warming trend, lots of bass moving shallower.
Try to let the chatterbait sink, bump off/drag on rocks, then retrieve up in the water column some, then let it fall/sink again, repeat.
