Does anyone know if there is an individual fuse for the fuel Gauge on a 2008 Skeeter zX 225? I changed all batteries today and when I was testing all functions afterwards everything was good but no fuel Gauge and it was working.

I had a wire come loose from the crimp connection going onto the back of my Skeeter fuel gauge. Hope yours is an easy fix as well.

Fuel gauges are super easy to diagnose, the sending unit is simply a resistor on the ground circuit. Back of the gauge should have three wires, signal, ground and power maybe a fourth for the lamp. Hit power with a test light if nothing hunt for fuses or bad connection if it's good jump signal to ground, the gauge should read full, If nothing gauge is toast. If it checks out go to the sending unit and ground the signal wire (middle one usually pink or blue) if the gauge reads full it's the sending unit if not check the ground if that's not it then it's the signal wiring to the gauge.
