For some reason, those fish are kinda creepy looking to me. Looked like fun though.

It will be difficult in the summer. The reason we went last weekend was because they're spawning. Your odds of getting into a school are much better when they're concentrated in the rivers, particularly if you know the kind of spots to look for (I'll go over that in the video). When you're snagging on the main lakes the rest of the year, your odds decrease dramatically.

Yeah, on the Arkansas River. They're illegal to target here in Texas. The Arkansas River is a good place for size but there are better places for numbers (if you just want good odds of snagging one). But we found both this trip.

Haha valid point, but it was shallow where we were. I paddled more than pedaled this trip. The pedals came in handy for dodging boulders while these fish tried to drag you into them over and over again.
