Took a client out fishing today. We waited the first cell out. Them thought we were clear. Caught about 10 fish for 22-23 pounds in a matter of minutes. Looked up and didn't realize another snuck up on us. The picked factor was a level 10 for sure! I was def freaked out and running some timber I prob shouldn't have. Baseball size hail and tornados are no good in bass boats.

Yeah, it's a good thing Barrett has some sense, because I probably would have stayed out until the hail hit. Finally catching some good fish on Roberts was mucho fun. Baseball sized hail and 60mph winds.... not so much.

Worst hail I've ever seen was on Ray Bob. I road it out by beaching the boat and climbing in a rod locker. Of course that was quite a few pounds ago! laugh

I carried a pager but no cell phone if that gives you a timeframe.
