Cleaned forty four. Had another 2.2 lb male. also caught a grinnel (bowfish) that had bright green fins, never have seen one like it. Had several bass in the four to six pound range grab the bobcat jig. Just got a Wally Marshall nine foot rod with one of his reels. That set up handled those bass with no trouble, very good equipment.

Nice catch Joe. That green fin grinnel is something else. I've never seen one like it either. Are you gonna have it mounted? grin

Awesome job, Hickory Nut. I've been whacking some 2+ males the past 3 weeks at Fork as well. Got to be some 3 pound females ready to move in, but these darn frontal systems keep delaying things. Bass are occasionally ripping us too, but haven't caught one of those Martian grinnel yet, that is wicked! Still catching 10-1 ratio of male to female, so best is yet to come.
