I've caught a few kitties (maybe 2 or 3) back in California, all of them in a stock ponds or lake but nothing like this monster. I caught it last Saturday (3/29/14) using the bait I've used to catch all of my catfish back in California....Pacific Mackerel fishing the San Antonio River on private property. I'm guess about 25lbs.
