Hello, don't post much here but I hope to have some fish pics to share this spring and summer, anyone as anxious as me to start catching Opelousas? Good luck to y'all.

this time of year they will bite cut bait in shallow water in broad daylight!

Caught 4 yesterday on whole live yearling(8-10") carp,cleaned the smallest which was 9lb and the row sacks are very milky,my partner took a 20lb home and after doing his thing reported the row is still very early as well.
The 37lb and another 20lb were released ASAP.
April is the kick off month for big rod benders,use the largest bait you can find and double hook it.
Pre-spawn flatheads really get their grub on
