You could use a small clamshell fitting or grommeted cable pass-through. Hole would be adjacent to the Ram base.

Thank you for some other alternative options to try out. How does everyone else hide their cables?

I have a small stainless clamshell over my cable hole (open end down of course). I think I picked up a 2 pack at West Marine for $8. I wish I had seen that before I put the holes in my shiny new console for the ball mount. I wouldn't have paid $30 for that, but I could have used a hole-saw about the same size as the RAM mount base on a 3/8" or 1/2" thick piece of HDPE cutting board and then cut a cable path out one side. The white HDPE would have blended perfectly in with my console. Speaking of overpriced pieces of metal, does anyone have an alternative to the $75 transducer saver trolling motor mount for the Humminbird DI transducer? I'm going to try to make a knockoff this weekend, but I'd be willing to spend a little to not have to think that hard.

I used a stick of angle aluminum. I cut it a few times and stacked it to mount my structure scan transducer to. I attached it to my jack plate though. A little inginuity may help get it to your trolling motor.
I'll try and find a pic of it and repost. Im on my phone at the moment.

I have the TSS base like you were looking at and it works good. BUT if I had it to do over now that I see it I would go to Wally World get a synthetic (white) cutting board, cut 32-3 circles cut a slot for cables in the bottom one then glue them together and use a Dremel tool or something similar to smooth it out. These cutting boards are about the same as hardiboard and easy to work with. Plus they are cheap.
I used a couple pieces from one to make a board for mounting transducers on transom. Been good the last year. Plus more available if you live in the sticks like me and much cheaper especially if you don't need a large piece.
