Went out with a customer to set up depth finder on new boat. Did not fish very long. Surface water temperature was 57 in deep part of the lake. But it is still real cold down where the fish are swimming. When you catch a sandbass it feels like he has been in a deep freeze for a few hours. The marks I am catching fish on are almost non extinece. Just a color change on the bottom. Dead sticking is a must. Pick up an inch off of bottom and hold still.
The other choice is go north in real shallow water an chunck and wind and you can catch a few. But they are starting to move more to middle since there is no water flowing.
All fish caught on ole ugly slabs. Chartuese and white.
Give me a call to get in on the action , picking up as water warms up.

I have given your offer regarding trading boats some serious considerations, however I will have to pass for now. You asked for so little cash to be included with my boat, that I would feel like I am taking advantage of you.
