I was wondering if anyone could steer me in the right directions on a good guide for Rayburn. Strictly bass fishing guide.
Thanks

Roger Bacon Outdoors (RBO) would seem a good choice although I have not fished with him before...he freely provides fishing info on this forum and that's a plus in my book. My next trip will be with RBO...

I've never fished with Roger, but I've hunted with him several times. I even attended his birthday party last year.
You're not going to find a more pleasant guy to spend a day with.

I'm pretty tough on guides in general and have booked many over the years. Like others, I have not fished with Roger but unlike many other guides who come on here an just give glorified reports of how there catching the big ones, he actually participates here in a meaningful way. Based on what I have learned so far about him, when I go to Sam, I will use him.

Roger is a well respected and knowledgeable guide on Rayburn. Many of the locals refer customers to him because we feel confident it will be a good trip. Lately he has been doing really well with some big fish and some consistent catches. I know Roger personally and would recommend him. If he is booked then there are others available that could be considered as a backup.

Yep. Roger Bacon is your guy. Down to earth guy that won't blow smoke about whether they're biting or not.

I've been out with Roger along with other guides on Rayburn. Roger is definitely top of my list. He will work his arse off for you. Helps also that he put me on the biggest fish of my life, I just failed to get it in the boat.
