Anyone who fishes the creeks at Joe Pool, do ya'll expect the fishing to pick up. What about night fishing out there and at the fishing barge. Looking to get out there if work permits,

I have been fishing east and west of the bridge off 360 the past 4 days. they seem to be picking up more and more every day. Yesterday i went for an hour and caught 8 total. 6 small males and 2 keepers. using a pencil cork with a chartruce to dark green jig and a white jig about 8" below the green. been getting them at about 3-3.5' down. just casting out with the bobber and bumping it several times. Hopefully the big females will be stacked up in there this weekend.

I have been going last couple of days in Loyd park and been skunked both times. But I was fishing in the morning not at night though.

I went this morning. Water was nice and clear and smoothed, thought I was in for some good fishing. Not a dang bite.
