Started fishing more and more for cats over the last few years. Mainly just running lines and a little rod and reel. Decided to set some lines out over spring break right before the norther blew in. Cat weighed 36 pounds according to the old rusty scale we used...sure felt a lot heavier than 36. But, that's the way it goes.

Thanks fellas, my initial guess was 45 lbs. I've never seen a fish this size before so what do I know. Crappy thing is I had a brand new scale sittin at the house, didn't do much good there!
