Fantastic fish, and yes I want one too. Don't we all?

Odd eyes? Since I have not had the opportunity to hold a 15+lb Bass up close I have no idea what the eyes should look like. Having been transported the way this Bass was maybe that's why the eyes seem odd. It was probably scared and wondering just why did I have to bite that lure. laugh

Hey guys check this site out. Ya'll know that was the 398 bass over 13 pounds since the sharelunker program was started. The person who catches the 400th one gets a minimum of $5500 dollars, a $600 shimano/g-loomis combo, lifetime fishing license and a fiberglass mount.

Its funny how that one and the World Record were both caught while fishing for other species.
Maybe others.

WOW,

I'm glad you let it go though.

A fish like that has already beaten the odds
and by setting it free again everyone wins,

Congrats on your new record - nicely done.

- Great story...

Received this in a forwarded email from the angler that caught this beautiful fish.
