Hi there, Anyone know what happend to this pond its located in Red Oak. I use to fish there a couple times a week till they started construction on it.

They decided the pond obstructed the way to progress and drained it dry.This is not the first or last fishing pond I have seen ruined.

I fished that also Jr F, they did drain it and dug it deeper, dredged it out so once it gets some fish in it it should be pretty good again. I knew it was shallow when i fished it before but wow, it was VERY shallow before.
Unsure if any stocking is gonna happen, possibly someone else knows?

I know it was stocked some time after the refill, I see folks fishing there all the time but haven;t myself yet.

if you are talking about the pond that is near the Red Oak city hall it is still there went last Fri.for the 1st time caught 1 about 3# had 2 other bites,will go back as it close to my house.
